Well, I know it wasn't science or religion.

And I'm sure you would have noticed if it was Domination.

Computers comes to mind, as well as Cristo redeemer.

Computers only doubles tourism per turn. I've kept a close enough watch on my culture victory to be sure of that.

Haven't ever built Cristo Redentor in my games, but I very much doubt that applies on past tourism either, and it surely won't double the current tourism even if it did.

Yeah true, mine never jumps up when I get those two. And I've never seen the AI's tourism jump like that, and I usually keep an eye on those things.

. Your cap would have been higher than 544 if you had more theater districts, wonders, great art, and other culture things.

Op has nearly 600 culture per turn which was like 4x the science They were already culture focused. This would normally be able to win with those culture and tourism numbers.

If it is not a mod, something is wrong with this game.

Maybe this is why the next patch got rolled back. Makes good sense to me.
