Hey y'all!
I'm messing around with OCC Always War because losing is fun
I usually get squished pre-Rifling by multiple AI stacks ramming me in the span of a single turn, after each stack has roamed around inside my borders for a while. Once the first stack is in my city probably appears weak enough to provoke follow-up attacks from the other stacks, but I am uncertain at the specific mechanics.
I wonder how the rules of engagement work for the AI; What makes them decide to attack? Can an AI be manipulated into attacking (alone)?
Currently I'm experimenting with resetting fortify, displace my strongest defenders and similar to make my city appear weak, so far without luck.. ScorpionK mentioned something about attacking the stacks in one of his OCC writeups to make them attack you back, but the exact procedure for this has eluded me.
