canada mod

I have some question about getting mods.

I want to play the Canada mod. So I found it on this site and I see their is a vanilla and a warlords one. I have both expansion packs.
Should I download the vanilla mod and open the zip file in Civ4 mods folder then download the warlords version and unzip it in the Warlords mods folder?
Or do I just need to do the Warlords one?

Once I have done this do I have to play the mod with the Warlords disk?

Can I download to the BtS mods folder and play with the BtS disk?

Not totally clear on how to even download it except that when Winzip asks me where I want to unzip I should browse for the mod folder and unzip it in there.

If you want to play with the Warlords features, you only need the Warlords version of the mod and your Warlords CD.

There isn't really an "official" version of the mod yet for BtS, though if you read the last few pages of the thread there is some discussion on how to get it working with BtS. Myself, I'm a little leery of it; I'm waiting for the next release.
