Cannot Access Files... Need Help

I recently moved all my files and folder over from my old computer to a new one. My old computer ran off of good Windows, my new one... Vista.

I transfered ownership of the files to my new profile on this computer.

For whatever reason, I am unable to access any files at all accept mods and public maps (the others, like music files, etc don't even show up in the folder). I didn't discover the problem until I attempted to load a new mod. When I tried to load the mod, it wouldn't even show up in the mods file, nor would any of the others I have (except the standard BtS stuff).

Sooooooooo... anyone have any idea how I might fix this?
