Cannot Patch to 2.08

Hello, I have tried both manual patching, and the in-game patching for warlords, however, I cannot install the patch, I continually get the "Warlords has not been detected on your computer" error. How can I fix this?

Uninstall and reinstall Warlords.

If you bought the downloadable version of the game via Direct2Drive, see their site for a different version of the patch.
