Cannot trade opponent strategic resources

  1. Open trade.
  2. Select an opponent's strategic resource.
  3. Enter a quantity.
  4. Click anywhere.
  5. Quantity changes to 0.

It's impossible to choose a quantity (similar to earlier
attachment.php
/turn bug).
