Cannot uninstall Civ 4

I couldn't hear any of the music tracks once the game was starting (even after playing with the sound options), so I figured I would uninstall the game and reinstall it, but I get the following error code:

-5006: 0x80070003 + a suggestion to contact FiraxisGames

I googled the code and it seems to mean that there is an incorrect file path in there.

Any suggestions?
