Cant activate any of the mods in the mods folder.

Hey all! thanks for taking the time to help out if your readin this, recently rediscovered Civ5 and wanted to spice it up a bit as you can imagine.

So my issue is i cant activate the first mod at all. it installs just fine (with EUI aswell) i see its 1-6 in the mod list and none will work, it just notes missing required dependency.
I've tried numerous other fixes noted on here like removing cache, moduserdata, then reinstalling Vox. Also tried unsubscribing and deleting every other mod aswell just wont seem to work.

Any advice is greatly appreciated! thank!

Are you trying to install and use Civ 5 mods? You posted in a Civ 6 forum.
