Can't build nukes

I've discovered space flight and satellites as well as having uranium and aluminum available to me but the the tact. missile or icbm isn't showing up in the build list. I'm not missing anything am I?

Is this on the initial turn you got one of the necessary advances or resources? I've noticed that sometimes (not always) when I acquire a resource or technology via trade, I can't build the new units until the next turn.

However, my guess would be that nobody has yet completed the Manhattan Project. You can't build nukes until that wonder is complete.
