Can't change resolution

I try to change resolution but the confirmation message gets hid beneath the civ4 graphic settings window. I can't confirm that I wish to change resolution and the after some seconds, the resolution is back to the old value.

Anyone can help me?

Press the Alt and Tab keys together, that should bring the confirmation dialog to the front.
