can't connect to host.

The connection keeps on timing out. I don't think I have any firewalls on.

The same happens to me whenever I try to connect to a game, it gets stuck on contacting host and eventually crashes. I don't have a firewall either.
Does anyone know how to contact firaxis with a bug report?
