Cant Download

I bought the game and my computer will not let me download it, it is a dm.exe file so I click open and not save like it says but once I click open it does nothing at all and just closes the download. So I tryed to download the Demo and active my game off the Demo. I have two questons, either one can help my problem. First is: How do I fix the download problem with the dm.exe file. Second question is: How do I active my game off the demo. Thanks in advance for any and all help.

you will likely need to contact the vendor where you bought it from - however which site is it?

Thank you, I bought the game as a download from the Gamestop.com web site.

Edit: Not sure if it changes anything, but Im running Vista on this computer.
