Can't even mod XML - HELP!

Whenever I try to save a change in my Mod folder, it says I don't have permission to save there because I'm not an administrator. Yet my account IS an administrator account. Can anyone help?

You also have to run the editing program separatly with administrator rights. There should something be like "run as" when you rightclick on the file.

If that doesn't work: Copy it to "My Documents" or your desktop, edit it there, and copy it back.

I figured it out by allowing which accounts to edit what. Thanks though.
