can't get the third peice of sword

I have searched every where but i am unable to find the thrid peice. I have the godslayer and the sword.
Please help.

Bit late of a reply, but ill answer any way.

The three locations are

In the Doviello capital, the Illian city to the far north west, and the jungle island to the far north, due north of Cervedes.
