Can't Open CIVV from Desktop

I've been having internet problems all day. Right now I can't open civ5 or steam. I've rebooted quite a few times, any suggestions? Clicked on civ5 and steam icons tons of times, no luck.

What kind of internet problems? Unless you can get into steam and go offline, you are stuck until the internet issues is solved. Unfortunately you have to get steam online, before you can close steam in offline mode. After steam is offline and back open leave it in offline mode.

nevermind, i rebooted again (like the 10th time) and all is good now. I've had this computer a long time (that might be a problem) but today it went nuts. seems to be working ok now
