Can't play Civ 5 properly without crashing or blank?

Its a variety of issues combined and it says I have all minimum hardware requirements to play Civ 5. Will list the issues here:

*All words in the game going blank sometimes upon after launching my game after some time.

*Immediate crash sometimes, especially if I try to load Earth 2014. CTD as soon as the leader screen finishes loading.

*Trying to load R.E.D modpack always crashes me to desktop.

*Trying to launch from DX11 gives me a weird missing screen layout with alot of stuff missing. Crashing when launching a game.

For details about the blank in how it works basically it all of a sudden becomes very slow and laggy. You see your borders flash off and on in a split second. Every single word space going blank. When you close the game tab and pull it back up the problem is fixed for a few seconds before it goes blank again when you resume. Happens even without mods.

Also might have a crashdump report so open with notepad, could have something to do with this but no idea for sure.

Your first post was on Feb. 6, not months ago, so please exercise patience.

As for your problem, meeting minimum requirements is frequently not good enough, particularly if you have outdated graphics drivers or a bugged installation of the game.

On installation, have you validated your game files through Steam? As for your hardware and driver data, I would suggest that you post your DxDiag file. See the FAQ sticky thread at the top of this forum for instructions.

Yes I've tried validating, R.E.D mod also wouldn't install and had to extract them manually. Trying to load them leads to a crash, I may be getting a new computer soon but here it is. Still want to play Civ 5 while waiting though without problems. Check attachments, I've even tried reinstalling or moving folders.
