can't turn off yield icons - bug?

The game now shows yield icons all the time. cntrl+Y has no effect. its really irritiating!

Any suggestions?

Although the documentation says to use Ctrl-Y, just pressing the "Y" key toggles the yield icons. Also, there's an icon for toggle map options menu on/off to the left of the mini-map in the lower right of the screen.

Super old thread, but I just wanted to thank this thread. I was having the same issues (ctrl-Y, and Y) weren't working to turn off yield icons. Never saw the Toggle menu. I'm happy.
