Can't use fundamentalism

That's why - university (i.e. Zak) can't use fundamentalism - they're all science-y and for rationality, not really the religious type, no?

(you can also see that my hovering over the flag on the main screen, it will mention that, it's part of your traits - it's also in the pedia either for Zak as leader or university as faction)

All factions have a civic they can't use, by the way. You can see these in the places Lord Tirian mentioned.
