Captain Spiff is a Resized and Adjusted Spaceman "Spiff" that Kinboat uploaded long ago. I Thought Spiff was a Good Unit but he was too large and the Laser angle and distance was not accurate...so I reworked this Unit and made some Sounds for him.
Included Files and Changes:
Resized all Captain Spiff animations to a smaller size so he can fit better with other "Normal" Game Units.
He remains slightly larger but his thick space suit appears to justify that
Remade AttackA and B with changed angles and adjusted Lazer Beams.
Remade the Attacks so the Laser Hits the Enemy better but the angle the unit and Laser was made in does not allow for Exact Laser Hits without distorting the Laser angle that cannot match the angle of the Weapon... it is better now.
Remade AttackA so the Laser goes a greater Distance for (Shooting) Bombardment.
Changed Flc Speeds for better game animation timing.
Made New sounds and included Alternate Fortify and Victory sounds.
The Run uses the Paratrooper Run sounds.
adjusted the Civ Specific Colored units_32.pcx
Adjusted the .ini
Note that the AttackB is set in the .ini file for use to Clear Pollution if you want to set this ability in the Editor for this Unit.
