First of all, many thanks for all your help with my other problems, it's much appreciated.

This time it's just a quick one. When another civilization's caravan lands in one of my cities and establishes a trade route, do I get any benefit?

Your city gets the ongoing trade route which adds trade arrows to your city every turn, but you do not get any of the immediate cash/beaker bonuses you would get if you were the one doing the delivering.
