Carol Moseley Braun quits race, supports Howard Dean

Yeah, I watched that. But, locking up the vote doesn't do much good if you drop out of the race 5 minutes after the show ends. She also did that thing with the fingers.

Sharpton could probably have won a good position to speak at the convention if he had enough delegates. Now, Sharpton is a great guy personally, but he's not exactly the guy you want making a speech in front of the entire party at a crucial moment for a good position later on. This must be why Sharpton focuses on delegates rather than states.

Yankee, yeah, seemed like right after the show, I heard she was quiting. Sharpton is a very entertaining, personable speaker, a natural born stump speaker. If he had at least half of Brauns intellect and integrity, he'd be a formidable candidate. Oh yeah, he'd have to do something with his hair too, its awfull.
