I think it's wrong to try to force everyone into a 'man' or 'woman' distinction. Clearly, there are cases where 'neither' is a better descriptor. There's a gradient of sexes, and to try to create rules that require people to be one or the other is to miss the fact that there's a gradient.

It isn't, is it? I'm not sure, really, this isn't a very simple issue. I'm speaking more in general when I say that, so whether or not this person may participate in womens' sports, which is arguable either way and I won't take a stand on, we should certainly not ban her from the ladies' restroom, and we should use the pronoun she.

Ah, but thats an entirely different issue. I dont really care how people desire to self-label themselves....the restroom thing can be kind of creepy in some instances....but as far as competition goes, where are the lines drawn? What are the limits? When does someone go from being a really great female athlete to a merely ok male athlete (or vice versa for that matter)?

I mean could you imagine the consternation in the PGA if Tiger Woods all of a sudden decided he wanted to be a woman?

Read my posts man. People with AIS have limited or no effect from testosterone and instead turn it to the female hormone.

Have you taken a moment to actually see the muscles on this person and still not say testosterone has had no effect?

The key factor is how the testosterone was during embryonic development which is when sex features develop. Genetic men who dont have effect of testosterone during that period turn into women

Immaterial to the discussion at hand.

Again, look at this persons physique and tell me testosterone didnt have an affect.
