Quick Question, Idle Thought, and ardent desire.
Question: Is there a limit on which Civ can get Twincast, or some pre-req other than Combat 5? I had it on my mages in one game, now I cannot seem to ever get it again.
Idle Thought: Is it possible for casters to automatically cast spells? It would be nice to automate an adept with Water 1 to go fix all the desert tiles. Or a druid with Nature III to fix up your entire frontier. But above all else, if they didn't cast on your turn, is there a way for a unit to cast a summon spell when attacked? I have many times lost cities to Move 6 ships out of my sight bringing in an invasion force, but if my Earth Elemental was in the town, they could have been stopped.
Ardent Desire: Can Scorch be changed from turning plains --> Desert to maybe turning Grassland --> Plains --> Desert? Since a plains tile under your city means 1 more hammer than a Grassland Tile, in the respect of city tiles, Plains is the better Tile. Yet Vitalize and Genesis will change any Plains to a Grassland, and I do not see any way to force a city square BACK to the better choice.
