Catastrophic error

Ok, I've already followed everything on the official CivIV website support....

I receive the following error message when inserting disk 2 during instalation:

Feature: DefaultFeature
Component:
File:
Error: Catastrophic Failure.

Again, I have followed all advice on the official site, and none seems to work.

Any advice would be dearly appreciated....

Hi,

You have a defective CD and would need to get a replacement from the store where you bought it.

Darn, I got this from WAL-MART, they seem to have an obscure policy nowadays with games.

Odd that so many defective disks would come out, if so many others are having the same problem.
