Hey all,

Release 60.1/8.1 inbound. Mainly bugfixes, with a couple of balance tweaks.

Changes:

  1. Fixed production modifiers in cities bug
  2. Fixed bug with reformation-enabling national wonders not showing up correctly
  3. Bugfix for policies not giving correct bonuses
  4. Bugfix for value corruption in great people rates with save games
  5. Bugfix for population change not passing to advanced settlers
  6. Changed Honor 'Tribute' to give gold and food, instead of gold and production
  7. Added unit maintenance -15% to Martial Law, removed disorder unhappiness removal
  8. Fixed Improvements not granting faith/bonuses correctly once you founded a faith
  9. Buffed 'Knowledge Though Devotion' to +5 Science from Holy Sites, +5 Faith from Academies'
  10. Adjusted AI proclivity for certain beliefs (specifically Goddess of Protection)
  11. Fixed India's trait (now grants 25% Poverty reduction only)
  12. Added smoothed median for global average and tweaked city happiness to compensate
  13. Other small bugfixes and tweaks in dll

Funny how this is the only reformation belief I've ever seen the AI pick

Yeah, the AI like improvement bonuses. I'll probably make some tweaks to their proclivity to that at some point. Granted, it is a good reformation, but not that good.
