@Timsup2nothin how dare you pick Miami! It's witchcraft I say WITCHCRAFT!

Foul I say! Foul! Foul!:gripe:

You'd be right on my tail if it weren't for that 49er blind homerism.

Miami is better than people think. Tannehill is a player. He's just been out so long that he's been forgotten.

Ravens win
Chiefs win
Chargers cover
Packers cover
Eagles cover
Falcons cover
Saints cover
Redskins cover
Jets cover
Rams cover
Lions win
Patriots cover
Broncos cover
Giants win
Seahawks win

Thursday, 9/13
Baltimore @ Cincinnati, Cincinnati by 1 Bengals cover. It will take more than clubbing the baby seal from Buffalo to convince me that the Ravens are ready to win a Thursday night road game.

I presume from the chart that everyone gets zero when there's a tie?

Cincy covers. Agree with Tim that the Nevermores stomping a team that seems to be trying to out-Browns the Browns doesn't tell us much.

EDIT : Surprised the GB-MIN game has a line since I don't think an official announcement has been made on Rodgers' knee.

Agree that people have forgotten that Tannehill is not bad, but I'm not yet sold on Miami. IMHO it will be at least Week 5 before we really have a handle on how good/bad most of the teams are going to be. I will listen to arguments that Buffalo is already on the fast track to the first pick though.

Well, everyone who picked the Steelers to cover gets zero...which is in fact everyone. I'd guess a Steelers DNC or a Browns win would have been worth a point had anyone gone that route.

Tampa Bay @ New Orleans, New Orleans by 9.5 - Saints cover if we lose to FItzmagic just end me

as a bonus prize this year's winner gets to decide how I die

anyway Ravens WIN (originally said Ravens cover b/c I assumed they were favored)

Baltimore @ Cincinnati, Cincinnati by 1as I already said, Bengals cover

Sunday, 9/16

Kansas City @ Pittsburgh, Pittsburgh by 5 Ben looked awful against the Browns and they wouldn't have tied a team with an offense Chiefs win
Houston @ Tennessee, Texans win...if favored they cover up to three
L.A. Chargers @ Buffalo, Chargers by 7 Peterman had a QBR of less than one, and it wasn't his worst ever Chargers cover
Minnesota @ Green Bay, Green Bay by 1 Rodgers plays better when injured Packers cover
Philadelphia @ Tampa Bay, Philadelphia by 3 Extra prep time pays off and the spread isn't big Eagles cover
Carolina @ Atlanta, Atlanta by 5.5 too many injuries already for the Cats Falcons cover
Cleveland @ New Orleans, New Orleans by 8.5 Browns defense gave them six turnovers and offense only managed 21 points Saints cover
Indianapolis @ Washington, Washington by 5.5 Until Luck shows he can throw deep even 53 passes isn't enough Washington covers
Miami @ N.Y. Jets, Jets by 3 taking them more seriously than the Lions did, Fish win
Arizona @ L.A. Rams, Rams by 12.5 lots of running keeps the score and the margin down Rams DNC
Detroit @ San Francisco, San Francisco by 5.5 never a good road team, embarrassed Lions are good guests Niners cover and their fans over react as if 1-1 is a sure path to the SB
New England @ Jacksonville, New England by 2 underdogs at home, smh Jags win, as a home dog should
Oakland @ Denver, Denver by 5.5 Raiders went toe to toe with Rams, until Rams woke up...sleeping Rams are better than Broncos Broncoids DNC
N.Y. Giants @ Dallas, Dallas by 3 Hot mess meets hotter mess, go with home team, Pukes cover

Monday, 9/17
Seattle @ Chicago, Chicago by 3.5 Broncos showed Seattle's naked butt, they can't handle the pass rush. Bears have that so Bears cover
