@SanPellegrino, congrats. I think you tried the same thing I did, but it worked for you. I brought in Adebayor and captained him, but he did nothing over two games ... neither did Jagielka. Bale did wellish, but I already had him.

That darn Van Persie was meant to be my captain last week, but the website decided that I didn't really want him as captain so it switched it back to Bale, as well as switching back the subs I'd made.

Probably not. I'm just used to fantasy sports games automatically updating and saving when I make the changes.

I'm going on vacation in 2 and a half weeks so I might be screwed as far as winning either of the leagues - I'm going to be in the remote Andes without access to the internet. Ah well, I'll still try to win somehow
