I only know a few Dutch sites, so you'll have to google a bit to find sites in German. At the quizzes I've played you have to call a telephone number (usually about 1 euro per call) by which you pay for playing the quiz once. If you answer 5 questions in a row correct you win 5 euro, 10 in a row 50/100 euro, 15 in a row 1000 euro. I didn't expect them to pay when I won, but they actually all did, and within a month!

ah, saw some ads too but I never call any pay numbers, I got it even banned on my telephone. but sounds interesting
