You should probably reinstall EVERYTHING.

well, try starting with just the blender program and its nifscripts. but make sure you delete it from program files after uninistall. for some reason it leaves stuff there.

if you still have issues after a reinstall then do everything. but unfortunately i think thats what i had to do.

You know, the LH works fine without the glasses. I'll probably just release it as a generic Buddhist monk and move on to the next project.

Yah, amazing what leaderheads have become. From just simple reskins than CCRoland came and started making them more unique, people were awed and wanted to do the same, so he made a tut, which you(ekmek) learned and perfected and in term made your own guide with all the new discoveries and techniques learned since then.

We went from reskinned black Kublai Khan as Menelik II of Ethiopia to this!

Sure, CivGold is for everything, my little project is only adding the stuff I want. I'm not a member of CivGold team anyway, so I have no say.

I've said the same thing in the past to. It is something most people just agree on. If the leader doesn't look like it's original, than it is a good leaderhead.

That Dalai Lama is very nice, except for the glasses. Why not just use Gandhi's glasses? Theyre a seperate mesh so they should be simple to rip off.

I could do that, but I based this LH on Mao. Mao's head is shaped quite differently from Gandhi's head. If I did a simple mesh transfer without any edit to the object it would end up looking even weirder.

If I were you, I'd make the glasses a seperete 'add on' for the leader.

Well, as achilles pointed out, the glasses are a separate object and can be easily removed in nifskope. But even if you don't have nifskope, I'm using a glasses-free version of DL in my mod, so you could swipe the nif from that.
