Did that texture shattering issue I mentioned ever get resolved? I've had it happen with several objects now and there has to be an explanation outside of TriStrip objects with SkinPartitions.

remove the shaders from the cape object. you only have one texture file assigned to it (don't know why). but when i set saders on the cape to no it looked normal. except there was a clipping issue but you should be able to fix that with some rigging adjustments.

Well, I wanted to depict the Frog Prince as a human, keeping the frog thing down to subtle references, like the greens and reds.

Also, the eyes are modeled after Kermit the Frog's, and the overall look for him is based on Jim Henson.

He might look even more frog-like without the mustache; it would reveal a more prominent upper lip.

The Frog Prince is released. Not much changed since I posted that preview picture; I think it's passable as is.

I also took the opportunity to release an update of Macbeth. I got so many complaints about his crown that I just had to make a better version of that pointy sun-dried block of mud that I dumped on his head earlier.

You know, Wu Qinghua would make a very good model for Stalker Fang from the Mortal Engines Quartet: we could change her suit to look metallic looking, and possibly change the background to something else.

I like that frog prince and actually thinking about telling Ekmek about him as his face is reminding me on Kossuth somehow. It would need some work to become a Kossuth, but I think it would be a good base... Don't know, maybe I'd need to watch your leaderhead in-game and animated to say for sure.

Sry Ekmek, but I think not. At least for me.
What is mostly and almost only remind me of Kossuth in the Frog Prince is the "sadness in his eyes". I think Cool sees the same thing in this LH.
Unfortunatly Napoleon III don't have that...

I think Absinthe is completely right. It's definately the eyes that reminds me on Kossuth. Also, I don't think that your Napoleon III. would be the ideal base. At least he wouldn't be better then other leaderheads being distantly similar to Kossuth. I'm sorry that I can't make clear suggestions and thus leaving you alone with this issue. I'd really prefer if I'd be of help instead of being annoying only But I keep my eyes open, as you see.
