Due to the problems from last breakdown, I have the following proposal:

1. I suggest a 12 hour moratorium for the President as DP

2. If we have not played the turn within 12 hours from reception, we activate the Vice President and UN Rep, whichever can act upon it first.

(President will develop long term instructions to make this more functional)

3. The last 6 hours, and with a 18 hour moratorium for the top three in CoC, we should develop a Designated Player Reserve Corps of five volunteers approved by all top three in the CoC (President, VP and UN Rep),

This will assure us timestamp definition "emergency valves", with the full complement of 8 quality proven designated players, all with backing in the constitution, elections and forum discussions, not to mention polls.
 
We have a small enough team that the CoC can be approved by all of us rather than just the President, VP and UN Rep. I also favor a CoC that includes all team members.
 
What about the following

0-12 hours President
12-18 hours Vice President/UN Rep
18-24+ Anyone in reserve pool that volunteers

It looks good to me. Unlike greekguy, I don't read out loud ;).
 
By the way, I can handle turn 8, as I got my new keyboard today, just give it some 18 hours.

This looks good to me, too.

BTW, when you play turn 8 please post new screenshots of the map and the city screen!

Are you saying you're going to wait 18 hours before playing the save?
 
good we agreed on this one, makes life easier for everyone.
 
I think it's time to put this one into action. Looks like it's been our turn now for over a day...

I can't play the save because I don't have Conquests installed.
 
I just played the save, and had to make some changes to mitigate the damage done 2 turns back. Not a major setback, but some. The worker south was to make road, it is mining instead, so it gets unhappy in a bit. The garrison for Dynopolis was standing idle south. Xerxes position was possibly revealed. Several things we have to balance out.
