Too bad the only space game is a OCC... :p Tried a game but unfortunately Justinian grew too big, vassaled half the AIs and won diplo, when my ship was half way done. Maybe better to play this with vassals off.

Sorry :)

Feel free to propose a an appropriate gauntlet!
Didn’t mean it negatively… :) I like the occasional OCC, though I like regular space more. In any case, I’m happy with any game hof and gotm staff still throws at us after all these years! :)

Vassals or no vassals, I am having a hard time getting a good game out of the gate...

Guess I should prioritize starts that are on the edge of the map. Or roll a bunch of NO BARB maps

Well, the panther was mostly harmless  The land was pretty good indeed, unfortunately capital was located in the middle of the map.

With no close neighbors and so much land I around cannot see how you can survive this barb onslaught. They enter borders at turn 26.

To the HOF staff:

Hi, I submitted a game a few weeks ago (this one, game 5), but it does not appear in the score list.

I checked my game on settings and cannot find any accidental deviation.
Settings displayed:
Spoiler :

(NB: in the rivals list on the top is Bismarck, you can see Exp/Ind traits, Below Churchill is Hammurabi extra added, but that should be oke)

I'm pretty sure I submitted the correct files.
Could this be a space race / space colony thingy?
Or do you see any deviation?
The game status in my submission list is ''published''. Does that mean it's accepted or can it also be rejected? Do I get a notification when it's rejected?

If of any relevance the file names start with ''Powerfaker Challenge 23-5''.
One states 4000BC, the other space vic + date

By the way, both start + end phase with these settings are pretty nervous.
I failed to squeeze out the GW properly at a few attempts. Good thing was that the AI initial progress suffers a lot from raging barbs. Still, in the end phase you need a bit of luck with balance among the AI. That is not something you can totally control with one city.

I should have answered these as well - the status meanings can be found here (although we only update once a month now), but it's basically submitted -> approved -> published, if we do have to reject a game you will get an email or a private message explaining why.

Thanks for clarifying, for me and maybe for others. Saves me the trouble to dig in when I don't see submissions being listed right away.
