**Chamnix & Calis SPOILER SABER Death Match**

Cyc abandoned his capital:

That was very kind of him since I was hesitant to attack it since it was size 8.

I'm going to try to take Agade this turn. Akshak should fall next turn, and it will be on to denyd. It looks like a long way to get to denyd's territory from where I am especially without roads, but probably around 10 turns from now, I will have a stack ready to attack denyd from the north, so maybe you should try to get ready to attack from the east at around the same time.

Edit - Attack on Agade failed, but I'll capture it with other units on the way south. It shouldn't delay my arrival at denyd's.

I am now strong towards the Iroquios.

As I don't see much danger from Cycs troops I am moving all knights towards denyds territory.

The skirimish with denyd was just a successful little trap and as the captured worker completed a road before being captured, I was able to bombard his troops on the mountain. Now my troops own that mountain, which is a good point to start an invasion.

I am think about upgrading my GS to MI, as my advance (including trebs) will be slow anyway. The better attack value might be more important than the speed. What do you think?

I am strong to the Iroquois now too :)

Assuming you are going to be fighting fortified pikes, MDI are roughly 1/2 win and 1/2 lose. Gallics are roughly 1/3 win, 1/3 lose, and 1/3 retreat :dunno:. I'd probably keep them as Gallics, but it is a tough call.

Please give me a short notification, 2 or 3 turns before you reach Iroquios territory to enable me to rush a few more knights and get all of my troops into position.

My SoD is in position to attack next turn:

It's a stack of 75 units, including 20 trebs, mainly knights, several Gallic Swords and several ancient cavalry.

The Iroquois stack in the south has 25 units - a mixture of knights and mounted warriors. I'll probably take heavy casualties and lose Modesto back, but once that stack is gone hopefully there will be minimal resistance.
