Change English leader bonus from melee to ranged units

I have near to no knowledge of modding myself, which is why i´m asking here. If anyone with my missing knowledge would either guide me or, even better in my lazy opinion, themselves make a mod that changes England's leader bonus I would be grateful. Perhaps it would be a buff for England, but it would more sense when you settle small islands.

And by the way, thanks to every modder for their work!! The game is getting better and better thanks to you!!

I think the reasoning for the free melee unit is so that you receive a Redcoat once you start settling cities on other continents in the mid-late game.

I think so to, but I just thought it would make sense to receive a ranged unit instead of a melee unit.

I'm not a fan of this, it kind of messes up the immersion of not getting a bunch of free Redcoats. If they had a range UU, maybe; but now you are redesigning the whole civ basically.
