changed techs, tree view screwed up

I just went through an overhaul of the existing techs, changing the tree around quite a bit and reusing some of the techs as new ones (e.g., "compass" became "navigation", "priesthood" became "nuclear power", etc.). While the Civilopedia lists everything correctly - prereqs, effects, and so forth - the tree view in-game is completely bollixed. All the techs are still organized into the same default tree, yet most don't lead to other techs, virtually none of them have the right prereqs listed, and the era changes were ignored. So, Civilopedia right, tech tree a mess and useless.

Any idea on what I'm supposed to do to get the tree to display correctly? It doesn't seem to affect researching at all (just a visual glitch) but without a working tree it's hard to see what's what and what leads to what.

I assume it's modifiable in CvTechChooser.py in assets\python\screens but I don't know what to change :p
