changeEspionagePointsEver - what does this do?

Hi there.

When using changeEspionagePointsEver with a positive value, e.g.

"changeEspionagePointsEver(100)"

How does this work? Will 100 be divided by the espionge weight defined at the espionage advisor, so that anyone with 100% would get 100 espionage points against him and everyone else would get 0?

Means: Is the value being converted into EspionagePointsAgainstTeam?

It changes the total number of espionage points the team has ever earned. This is used in a couple of the espionage odds calculations.
