Changing default name within Custom game setup

How do I change the default name which appears when I start setting up a custom game? I know I can just click on it and change it, but it's a little annoying and sometimes I forget and I don't realize until a couple turns into the game.

Is it an XML file that I have to edit? Which one would it be specifically?

Right now, it's the silly Multiplayer name I made up when I tried MP a few times... I just want to change it back to my normal name.

Open the ini file (you can find a shortcut in C:\Program Files\Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's civilization 4) and change the In Game Alias to whatever you want. Making it blank will make it the default leader name.
