changing destination of MOD folder for CIV 5 to antother harddrive

Hello dear Civ players,

Ik have a limited space on my C drive and wan't to change the mod folder (or acctually the complete my documents folder) to my second harddrive. I was able to change remove the folder to my second drive. I also tried to change the "settings for the launch options", by entering following: enter : -homedir E: \ MyEts2
But as it turns out, the game does not start anymore.. I need some support
