Changing for NumPad to other keys

Hello
Im currently playing CivIV;beyond the Sword on my new laptop. The laptop is without NumPad. How do i change the keys, som that i can move units around, using other keys on the keyboard ???

unfortunately the keys are not easily redefined, so I don't think short of some hard coding you won't be able to
