changing game speed from epic to normal

From the time i began playing this game i prefered playing on epic speed.
Now that i,ve progressed to Immortal level,epic speed is just to slow and it takes way to long to complete a game.So i have decided to accustom myself to the normal speed.

Having played a few games on normal speed,but on Monarch level.I have realised that cottages still take the same amount of time to mature as on epic.For example on normal speed my commerce is much more advanced even before i get currency as apposesed to epic speed.

The game play has not changed in my set-up, on normal speed i still do the same things as on epic but i get loads more great people loads more commerce.its amazing.

Cottage growth time is scaled with game speed. I think you're just playing on Monarch instead of Immortal, and that's making it easier than you're used to.
