2 questions about changing the leader pictures (heads):
1) how do i convert to .pcx (what program?)?
2) There are like 8 or something different sizes, shapes and looks for eac leader, do i have to create one for each?
What do you do?? (maybe a tutorial would be good for those who done this before)
