I looked at some combinations and I laught myself especially with washington a high warmonger hate and high boldness
I basicly want to change some warmonger hate numbers on certain leaders.
I want washington,rhamie less agressive so its more realistic they hate warmongers(changing there war)
I made a backup from
lokaal station C/ program FIles \Steam\steamapps\common\sid meier's civilization v\assets\Gameplay\XML\Leaders
(in case it goes wrong or I want to go back)
And I was planning to change the numbers myself but i was wondering if that actually works or does it change back to its original?
but I was thinxing is there a other way lets say make a mod and loud it and how do I do that?
