[PTW] Changing Magellan's Voyage

I was wondering if it would be possible to reset the movement boost of the Magellan's Voyage Wonder in Play the World, specifically in the Test of Time scenario for a starter, from one to two, to bring it in line with Conquests? If that is possible, how would I go about doing it?

timerover51, the Magellan GW in C3C only provides a +1 movement boost for naval units:

As far as I know, the PtW editor doesn´t hold a +2 movement flag for naval units.

Actually, in Conquests, the +1 movement for the Great Lighthouse and the +2 movement for Magellan's Voyage are cumulative. If you add in the +1 movement for Seafaring, your naval units can get a +4 movement factor boost, which is very helpful. I have been doing that for years.

I use the +1 and +2 Movement additions in EFZI2 Elite and yes they are cumulative. That said, EFZI2 Elite uses the Conquests Editor.
Naturally, the +1 and +2 movement bonuses can be applied to other wonders.

It is just if you have multiple "+1/+2 to ship movement" wonders, they don't stack. You can have one +1 and one +2, so +3 in total, and no ways to increase it further.

OK, I thought by cumulative, it meant the +1 and +2 movements... No, those settings are not cumulative for additional Wonders.
