[TOT] Changing Tribe color/order?

I'm coming back to TOT after a decade - and I see so many new things!

Is there a way to change the ordering of tribes in the "select opponent" menu when playing with "choose computer opponents" option enabled? That is, moving or reordering tribes so that you could play against both the Romans and Celts, or against the Americans and Chinese, since they share the same color.

In the rules text under Leaders you can switch the colors of the civs. Per example if you want to have the US and China both in a game, change the color setting number of China or the US to a different number than 5 and set a civ that you don´t want to have in your game from the new number of the US or China to number 5.

Thank you so much! I'd been looking for that all day - I remembered it was something easy to do, but couldn't recall which txt to edit (and searching for tribe colors wasn't too helpful!). Now to get back into TOT trying out all these new scenarios - and maybe even getting around to creating my own!
