Changing Vista default language

I just got a new notebook computer, everythings great, the only problem is that the OS, Vista, is in Finnish. Is there any way at all to change it to English? Or will I have to bail out of Vista and install my English XP on it?

Mise, you were incredibly fast with the solution, and it would have solved the problem, unfortunately it only works for Vista 'Ultimate', Ive got the basic version.

hmm, on the page it said it worked for all versions of Vista! Did you follow the links for downloading new language packs?

Yeah, it says all versions but then when you click on which version of vista do I have, it says that its only for the ultimate versions. In the basic version there are some language selecting features, but much more limited. I went ahead and installed XP. Thanks for the help though, too bad I had the lame ass version.

You're probably better off with XP anyway, the Basic version is pretty useless.
