Characters displayed incomplete in help & civics screen

I've encounter some display problem:
Some icon are not displayed in the civic screen; and some sentences are cut.

In help screen, the width is not enough to hold a line, but there is no horizontal slide bar at the bottom.

Can any one help to tell me how to fix it? Thanks.
I'm using a wide screen (1440x900).

You've added a new resource to the game, haven't you? RoM & AND have maxed out the resource limit for BTS (at least, until I can figure out how to fix it. I know there is a fix, but not how to actually go about fixing it.) Remove the resource and the game will go back to normal.

You are right! I did add a resource. But I don't like to remove it, because it's part of my Mod. Will you call that "ModModMod"?
I will endure the problem till next build, hope it will be solved.
