Chat bugs

There seem to be numerous bugs with the chat. Sometimes it flashes on the screen but not on the local window unless you change windows. Sometimes it cuts off your chat. I'm using IE9 and/or Chrome.

I'm using FF4, and lately I have to reload the entire game just to see a post I made, so yes chat is very buggy lately.
