Does anybody know how to bring it up on Leopard? Whenever I try the keyboard shortcut it brings me to my desktop. Thanks!

Well, there's a button up in the top left corner of the screen that looks like a pencil and paper. Clicking that works here. If you are adamant that you require a keyboard shortcut then Cmd-Ctl-Tab does it for me. You can't use Cmd-Tab, at least in Window mode, because that opens the OS X application selector ribbon.
