I searched and the only bugs I found about chat where from May about chat lag.
In game 1291 on the crawl above my icon task bar was listed that a PeterH said "help the greeks and you are next" When I clicked on the chat icon for something else, World chat listed me as the author of that comment. I asked in world chat about the message and its author but no one answered (seems like World chat is just for each person to say 'hello').
