Shame it’s not 100% accurate but it’s a great resource.
Water parks and entertainment districts give theater squares +2 but then that come in after 2019

Agreed - a well-placed entertainment complex can seriously boost theatre squares in several cities at once.
I strongly suggest placing theatre squares next to EC & Wonders too - then you can see serious bonuses
